Blu expands its market supplies in the US by rolling out an upgraded version of the last year’s success Pure XL. The latest member to join the line of cheap phones with good camera that is powered by MediaTek Helio P10 and featuring hi-end specs like 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage, 16MP main camera, and 3D Touch display tags the mid-range price of just $299.99 (is to be noted that the 3D touch is just two years old and the only $300 phone to adapt it is the Blu Pure XR, other phones featuring 3D touch are respectively more expensive). Blu Pure XR is available to buy via Amazon for $300 as an unlocked mobile device, supporting all carriers.
The “Go for Bold” Pure XR phone sports a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED curved display made of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and 3D Touch feature on top of its full-metal and bezel-less body. The 3D Touch will enable you to manage apps and other files based on the sensitivity of your touch. There are three general commands the Pure XR’s 3D Touch display executes, the tap will open the app, touch will preview it, and the press will open it.
A significant feature coming with the Pure XR is the 16MP main camera with laser autofocus, PDAF, 6-element lens, and LED flash for shooting full-HD videos. For selfie-addicts, Pure XR brings an 8MP autofocus camera with LED flash for selfies in low light and full HD video chatting.
Photographers have a pre-installed app named by the company as the Blu Final Touch to edit and modify any taken photo, hence, making every photoshoot taken with the new Blu Pure XR count.
Blu’s Go For Bold smartphone comes powered by the 64-bit MediaTek Helio P10 (MediaTek 6755) with eigh Cortex-A53 CPU cores clocked at 2.0GHz and paired with the Mali T860 graphics processor.
