A new report claims that Samsung might be developing a 6-inch version of the top phone, the Galaxy S8, which will allegedly support the S-Pen accessory, a Galaxy Note-exclusive support until now. The reason behind this action is thought to be the disaster with the Galaxy Note 7, forcing Samsung to give the push-up to the next best thing, a 6-inch Galaxy S8 smartphone version.
The 6-inch Samsung Galaxy S8 version is said to be named Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and in a leaked render appears behind a 5-inch Galaxy S8 and a 5.5-inch Galaxy S8 Edge. Similarly to the other Galaxy S8 versions, the 5.5-inch Edge and 5.0-inch S8. The Galaxy S8 plus as the render shows, will be sporting a curved display in a 6-inch size, that makes it look similar to the retired Note 7 and it actually makes sense for the phone to have the S-pen.
If this results to be true, the Galaxy S8 Plus will be larger than the retired Note 7 and might make its fans forget about the issues of its predecessor.
