Blu launched today a new cheap handheld device that will sell exclusively on Amazon. The brand-new Blu Vivo XL2 is a 5.5-inch Android 6-powered phone featuring a metal body design and 13MP camera on the rear with an 8MP selfie snapper on the front that finds its self in the American market starting by today where the device lists for pre-orders via Amazon.
As mentioned above, the Blu Vivo XL2 sports a metallic unibody design with tiny bezels and an HD touchscreen display featuring a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Its screen is protected by the 3rd generation of Corning Gorilla Glass. The new Blu budget phone features a 13MP phase detection autofocus camera with the f/2.o aperture for recording full HD videos at 1080 pixels. The featured selfie camera is an 8MP autofocus unit with selfie enhancement features that also records 1080p videos.
The Vivo XL 2 is the successor of last year’s Vivo XL and it gets powered by 1.4GHz MediaTek 6737T processor with Mali-T720 GPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage supporting memory expansion via microSD up to 64GB, and the Android 6.0 Marshmallow version of the operating system.
The latest Blu phone made for a budget supports two SIM cards, 4G LTE network, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, USB 2.0, and GPS. The handset gets powered by a 3,150 mAh battery and comes available in Blue and Gold colors.
