Renders and specifications of the upcoming Lenovo’s Motorola Moto G5 Plus, an affordable Android smartphone featuring a 5.2-inch display leaked again through a Spanish retailer listing. We formerly heard news regarding a 5.2-inch version of the Moto G5 Plus sporting a 5.2-inch display, and the listing keeps backing most of the formerly reported specs for the flagship phone scheduled for launch at the MWC phone show. But the design of the phone is quite similar.
The Moto G5 Plus will be having some changes in design compared to the last year’s Moto G4 Plus. The home button will not be square-shaped but will be rounded. A classic design of home buttons with a mounted fingerprint on it. Moto G5 Plus’s 5.2-inch display is listed sporting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with a pixel density of 424PPI.
The listing promotes the Moto G5 Plus for having a metallic body design and a 12MP main camera featuring dual autofocus pixels (according to what the retailer listed, the featured camera on the Moto G5 Plus will be capturing 25% more light than its predecessor, G4 Plus). Selfie camera is also a 5MP unit as was leaked before.
According to the listing, Moto G5 Plus will be sporting a water-repellent design and will be running on a 3,000 mAh battery that supports TurboPower fast charging. The battery life of the Moto G5 Plus is set to be 24-hour in heavy use.
According to this listing, Moto G5 Plus will be running the Snapdragon 625 chipset and will have versions with 64GB storage. Android 7.0 Nougat is what tops specifications of this unverified listing of Moto G5 Plus.
