The most famous and reliable gadget leakster Evan Blass is going places just days before the MWC 2017 event. Using his @evleaks famous Twitter profile he has published official press renders of Huawei P10, LG G6, and now has just shared an image containing most of the specifications on the best mobile phone of tomorrow, the Samsung Galaxy S8+.
The new leak doesn’t unveil everything packed within the 6.2-inch Samsung flagship that will launch have its announcement at MWC phone show. But it confirms that the large Samsung Galaxy S8+ edition will sport a 6.2-inch size in full rectangle measuring and have a Quad-HD resolution ( 2960 x 1440 pixels).
As expected, the Galaxy S8+ will run on latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with 4GB of RAM (kinda killing rumors of 6GB of RAM or even 8GB RAM editions) backed by 64GB of storage that supports expansions via a microSD card. A mobile phone built for high-end games that will know no competitor.
Featured primary camera of the Samsung Galaxy S8+ will be a dual-pixel 12MP unit with 4K video recording while the selfie camera is slightly upgraded compared to former Samsung flagships. No more 5MP units, this time there will be a better 8MP camera on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+.
Other unveiled features of Samsung Galaxy S8+ consist of Samsung Knox security covering, Wireless Charging, Iris Scanner (no doubts, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will be having the Iris recognition sensor featured on the doomed Note 7), and the secured Samsung Pay payment system. In addition, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will be IP68 certified for waterproof and dust-proof resistance. Nothing regarding the possibility of a Galaxy S8 phone with S-Pen yet.
