Leagoo’s Venture 1 smartphone launched early this May as a premium luxurious device, it does not pack the latest technology in performance and features but it sports a unique design and an affordable pricing for that uniqueness it provides. The Venture 1 phone comes sportively designed with metal and leather for a premium looks, the first thing you’ll be spotting on this mobile phone is that its screws are far from being invisible. This gives it a special rugged view on a budget.
Leagoo focused mostly in two fields when making the Venture 1 smartphone, in providing it a unique premium design and making out of it a high-rated secure Android mobile. Even the company claims that the phone’s chip offers a bank-level security. This security is mostly based on Leagoo’s Dual Secure OS. What this DualOS will do is that it will maintain encrypted the files on the handset to make sure that your business information doesn’t get leaked. This is the Business OS by Leagoo. While the Private OS decrypts the files and transforms the handset into a normal mobile phone, swapping from one level of security to the other is done through your fingertips. Leagoo made it quite easy to change the OS, with the right-hand fingertip scanning you get transferred to the Business OS and with the left-hand fingertip to the Private OS.
Leagoo Venture 1 sports a 5-inch HD touchscreen display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution made of the resistant Corning Gorilla Glass 4 glass, it offers waterproof and shock-proof supports in extras. In-photography features of the Venture 1 consist of a 13MP main autofocus camera with f/2.0 aperture lens and LED flash and an 8MP 84-degree angle view selfie camera on the front. Both cameras shoot FHD videos at 1080p.
The handset runs an unspecified octa-core processor with 3GB of RAM, up to 32GB of expandable internal storage via microSD by 128GB and is upgraded to Leagoo Sec OS 1.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. In the terms of connectivity, the phone is highlighted by the support of two SIM cards, 4G LTE network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and the above-mentioned fingerprint which is located on the back side of the handset between the camera and the flash. It gets powered by a 3,000 mAh battery with Quick Charge tech.
Leagoo released the Venture 1 in three colors, which are, Amber Brown, Wisdom Black, and Royal Red. The Leagoo Venture 1 (also known as Leagoo V1) is kinda rare to find, the best deal I found was on GeekBuying where the handset is available to order for $189.99 in all of its three colors.
