Render of the upcoming Huawei P10 Plus

A reliable source from China exposed renders of both versions of Huawei’s upcoming Android flagship phone. The Huawei P10 and the larger version Huawei P10 Plus. From these renders, we can see where the two phones will differ from one another. As it is clearly visible, the P10 version will have some additional features compared to its sibling. The extra features consist of a curved design for the P10 version, a slightly different Home button and an extra sensor at the front. The guessings for the other additions claim of a second fingerprint sensor mounted on the back and an Iris recognition sensor similar to that found on the doomed Galaxy Note 7.

The Huawei P10 will be sporting a 5.2-inch Quad-HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, while the Huawei P10 Plus will have a slightly larger screen of 5.5-inch with the same Quad-HD resolution and will have it curved. Curved displays on smartphones have become a technology trend in the whole industry, now it is adopted by most of the large mobile phone manufacturers and is often given to the best of their premium handset.

One of the versions of Huawei P10 appear on these renders as a phone with Home button and front fingerprint sensor while the Huawei P10 Plus has a back fingerprint. As Huawei P10 will be a premium handset, the support of fingerprint recognition is essential, we can assume that the sensor will be mounted on the physical Home button at the front. But a similar Home button design is also found on the curved P10 Plus version; furthermore, it is also highlighted with a bright metallic piece. Thus, leading us to believe that the Huawei P10 Plus may have a fingerprint sensor on both sides. Both variants of the Huawei top dog will be phones featuring the headphone jack.

Another suspicious extra feature found on the P10 Plus is a third sensor located beside the selfie camera. The only theories about the third sensor are of it being a second selfie camera (making it a quad-camera phone) or it may be an Iris recognition sensor. The second theory has more chances to be true.

Huawei P10 will be powered by HiSilicon Kirin 960 with 4GB and 6GB of RAM having 64GB and 128GB of storage respective versions.
